Reina is a trained family systems therapist, who has guided parents out of crisis, and provided psychoeducation around substance use, mood disorders and developmental learning disorders. Reina has years of experience connecting parents and families to resources (ie. Psychiatrists, Outpatient programs, Inpatient programs, Sober Livings, Educational Consultants, Therapeutic Boarding Schools, Eating Disorder Specialists, Academic tutors). Her goal is to empower parents while practicing healthy boundaries and more constructive communication skills. Through this internal work and education, parents develop stronger, healthier relationship with their young adult. Most importantly, she focuses on supporting the parent, and allowing a space for the parent to be heard and supported.
