Developing Healthy Relationships
Wednesday Evenings 8-9:30pm.
A group supporting young adults and professionals achieve safety and intimacy in relationships. In New York City, a faced paced environment, it can be overwhelming to navigate dating and find healthy connections. Healthy connections come from an awareness of internal needs and the safety to express them along with an internal working model of relationships.
This group will incorporate core skills on boundaries, communication and self care. It will address healthy ways to express love, vulnerability and sexuality.
Marissa Saphirstein, LCSW, CASAC and Reina Zelonky, LMFT will be co-facilitating the group on Wednesday evenings from 8-9:30pm beginning October 21st.. Marisaa has extensive experience as the head therapist at The Center For Living, working with young adults and addiction, along with running groups. Reina has extensive experience working with couples, families and addiction.
Start Date: October 21st, minimum commitment of 4 weeks.
Location: 71 Park Avenue (between 38th and 39th street)
Day: Wednesday Evenings, 8-9:30pm
